What this site collects

This website doesn't have a contact form, accounts or logins. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to send: usually your name, email, company and a note about what you need. Please don't send bank details, account numbers, payroll records or other sensitive financial information by email or through the booking page.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to you, prepare for our conversation and talk about whether we're a fit. We don't sell it, and reaching out doesn't put you on a marketing list.

Service providers

Bookings are handled by Google Calendar, and email runs through our email provider. Our website host processes basic technical information needed to run the site, such as your IP address and browser type. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. We haven't added advertising trackers or analytics tools.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you've sent us. Email nick@kandidfinancial.com and include only what we need to find your information.

Updates

We may update this policy as our services and website change. The current version will always be on this page.
