Built with custom integrators
Books closed by the 15th. Bills paid on time. Numbers you actually understand. We run the financial back office so you can get back to running jobs.
From the founders of getdunzo.com. Running back offices for business owners since 2021.
Equipment costs, labor hours and change orders can tell a very different story than the proposal did.
Customer deposits feel like cash. Some of that money already belongs to the next equipment order.
Progress payments and final balances need someone following up every week. Usually that someone is you.
BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCIAL BACK OFFICE
Bills entered, scheduled and paid once you approve them. Deposits and progress payments invoiced and followed up every week until they land. Payroll prepped and sent to your provider. The work, done, so it stops landing back on you.
We reconcile every account and close your books by the 15th. Then you get a monthly report that says what happened and what to do about it.
A monthly call to walk through your report. Cash planning before the big equipment order. Job costing once your project data can support it.
Pick what you need. We'll build the scope around your setup.

You still hold the keys. Nothing gets paid without your OK, and your books live in your own QuickBooks.
Integrators with a crew, a pipeline, and a money side that still runs through the owner. Usually that looks like:
If you only need transactions categorized for your CPA once a year, we're probably not the right fit. We'll tell you that on the first call.
Founding integrators
We've been running back offices for business owners since 2021. The only new thing is the name, and the focus on integrators.
Every integrator gets a three-person team on their books: a senior bookkeeper who reviews and signs off on every close, a bookkeeper who handles the day-to-day, and a financial admin who keeps bills, invoices and payroll moving.
So we're taking on five founding integrators. They'll shape how we work with this industry, and they get our full attention while we build it out together.
Pricing depends on your setup, so we don't post it. You'll get a real number after the first call.
After the founding five, we'll keep bringing on integrators a few at a time, so every client gets a team from day one.
Your first six months come in below our standard rate. It's our thank-you for building something incredibly useful together.
An hour on whatever's in the way: pricing, cash, hiring, the next big decision. Founder to founder.

We started getdunzo.com in 2021 to get work off business owners' plates. A lot of that work turned out to be financial: paying bills, chasing invoices, wrangling payroll. One of those owners runs a residential integration company we've supported for four years.
Kandid is that work, done by a dedicated finance team and built for integrators.
"Honesty without kindness is brutality. Kindness without honesty is manipulation."
Kindhearted + Candor = Kandid
That means hearing it early when the margin's thin or cash is tight, from people who are in your corner and will help you fix it.
1
You walk us through how money moves through the business today and where it keeps landing back on you. We'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.
2
We look under the hood, then propose what we'd own, the tools, any cleanup and the price. In writing, before you commit to anything.

We take over the routines and set a monthly rhythm. Your first report lands by the 15th.
No. Plenty of owners keep their people. We define who owns what up front, so nothing falls through the gap between us.
Within one business day, from the people who actually work on your books.
QuickBooks Online is the ledger, and it stays in your name. We add a few tools on top for bill pay and the monthly close. You'll know exactly what and why before we start.
A four-person shop with clean books and a 25-person team owing sales tax in three states are very different jobs. We'd rather give you a real number than a range that means nothing.
No. It's month to month. If it's not working, give us 30 days' notice and we'll hand everything off cleanly to whoever's next.
We work inside your own QuickBooks with our own logins and only the access the job needs. Nothing moves money without your approval, and if we ever part ways, you shut our access off and keep everything.
No prep needed. Bring whatever's been bugging you about the numbers, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
