Engagements and pricing

Booking a call or emailing us doesn't create a client relationship. Services, responsibilities, fees, payment terms and cancellation are set out in a separate written agreement before any work begins. This website doesn't accept payments.

What we don't provide

Our services don't include tax preparation, legal advice, audits, attestation or investment management unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Some of that work requires a licensed professional, and we're happy to coordinate with yours.
